General Information
- Tuition Fees: All tuition fees are quoted in USD, including applicable taxes and examination
fees (e.g., MAP testing). - Lunch: Lunch is included in the tuition fee for all students except high school.
- High School Students:
- Not required to purchase school lunch.
- Options for high school students:
- Bring lunch from home
- Purchase lunch from the school
- Buy food from the school cafeteria (All meals are prepared fresh and
in-house using healthy ingredients. No packaged products are sold).
- High School Students:
Book Purchase & Rental
- Grade 1 – 6 (Primary): Students must purchase books from the school, as they are sourced
from Canada. - Grade 7 and Above: Students can rent books from the school, eliminating the need for
individual book purchases.
Book Rental Information:
To ensure equity, Keystone International Schools offers a book rental program for all Grade 7 and
above students. These rental textbooks are directly purchased from educational authorities in Canada.
Prince Edward Island (PEI) Students (Grades KG – 12)
Keystone International School is an officially recognized Offshore School of Prince Edward Island,
Canada. Students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 are registered with the Prince Edward Island
Ministry of Education.

Canadian Registration Fee:
- USD 1,750 per student per academic year
- This fee is required for the PEI registration process and is non-refundable. It is separate from the tuition fee and applies exclusively to student registration with the PEI Ministry of Education.
Payment Policy
- At the time of registration, 40% of the tuition fee plus the annual Canadian registration fee
(USD 1,750) must be paid.

Discounts & Payment Information
- Sibling Discounts:
- 10% discount for the second sibling.
- 5% discount for each additional sibling.
- Early Payment Discounts:
- 5% discount for full tuition paid via cash or wire transfer on or before April 18,
2025. - 3% discount for full tuition paid between April 18 and May 30, 2025.
- 5% discount for full tuition paid via cash or wire transfer on or before April 18,
- Installment Plan:
- 40% of the tuition fee is due at registration.
- The remaining balance may be paid in installments through December 2025.
- The annual Canadian registration fee (USD 1,750) must be paid in full at the time
of registration. - The installment cycle begins upon registration and must be completed by December
2025.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
- Withdrawal Before the Academic Year: Students who withdraw before the commencement
of the academic year will have a 10% deduction from the annual tuition fee, with the
remaining balance refunded. - Withdrawal After the Academic Year Begins:
- Tuition and meal fees will be prorated based on the number of days attended.
- An additional 10% deduction from the annual tuition fee will apply.
Student Registration Agreement
- The Student Registration Agreement must be signed by the parent/guardian at the time of
registration, in accordance with Article 53/1 of the Private Schools Regulations.
