School Leadership
Keystone International Schools is led by a collaborative academic and counseling team that supports all areas of student learning, well-being, and instructional development.
Ayesha Khan
Head of School
Ayesha Khan oversees the overall management and leadership of the school. She is responsible for student affairs, strategic planning, and coordination across academic and operational areas. She also directly supervises the counseling team and collaborates with instructional staff.
Dina Islam
Educational Director
Dina Islam leads academic programming and curriculum development across the school. She supervises all Heads of Department and ensures that instruction aligns with school policies, global competencies, and Ministry of Education standards.
Blerina Shehu
Guidance Counselor
Blerina Shehu provides direct support to students and leads the school’s counseling program. She works with students, staff, and families to support emotional well-being, social development, and intervention strategies.

Reporting to the Educational Director, the Heads of Department oversee the following areas:
- Primary
- Applied Courses
- Math & Science
- English Language Arts, Social Studies & French
These departments ensure curriculum planning, assessments, and interdisciplinary collaboration across grade levels.
