Field Trips and Local Learning
At Keystone, field trips are thoughtfully planned to extend learning beyond the classroom and connect students with real-world experiences. We prioritize academically enriching outings that support our curriculum and develop students’ curiosity, cultural awareness, and independence.
While we offer select international opportunities, most of our trips are local day or weekend experiences that take full advantage of our unique location in Istanbul, a city rich in history, art, and science.

Signature International Programs
In addition to local learning, we offer several major international trips that are part of our school tradition:
Annual France Trip
Each year, students travel to France to study at a partner school for one week. This immersive experience strengthens language skills and cultural understanding in an authentic environment.
Toronto School Experience
A two-week annual tradition for high school students. Participants travel to our Keystone campus in Toronto, attend classes, explore the city, and go on an interstate road trip that includes visits to universities and opportunities to meet admissions teams.
Round Square Conference
As a Round Square school, we support student travel to international Round Square conferences, where students engage in global discussions, service projects, and leadership training.
Looking Ahead: University Partnerships
We are building exciting summer programs in partnership with universities, where students will have the opportunity to experience campus life, take part in pre-college courses, and engage with professors and student mentors.
These programs are designed to help students gain exposure to international education systems, deepen academic interests, and make more informed choices about their future pathways.
