Advisory Board

Key Responsibilities

The Advisory Board was established in an effort to ensure alignment with Keystone Schools’ mission, values, and long-term goals. Historically, Keystone has been shaped by community voices and collective effort, and we aim to build on that foundation. This year, we are hoping to expand the Board to include parent involvement. The primary responsibilities of our advisory board can be summarised as follows:

  • Provide strategic oversight and policy advice
  • Facilitate the implementation of the Schoolwide Action Plan
  • Support branding, outreach, and recruitment strategies
  • Guide child protection leadership and policy alignment
  • Review and recommend institutional relocations and infrastructure decisions

The Advisory Board meets regularly with the leadership team to monitor progress, refine institutional strategy, and ensure alignment with long‑term goals.
