Welcome to Keystone School in Toronto!

Keystone School is a private co-educational institution serving middle and high school students from grades 7 through 12. We pride ourselves on offering small class sizes, fostering a supportive, family-like environment where each student’s individual needs are attentively addressed.

In the Annex neighborhood of Toronto, our campus is nestled in a historical Victorian building acquired in 2022. The Annex. is known for its lively atmosphere and diverse community with its tree-lined streets and picturesque homes, making it a welcoming and safe environment for young minds to explore and grow.

Proximity to the University of Toronto provides our students with an invaluable opportunity to experience the vibrancy of a university campus. It’s an environment that inspires academic excellence and offers a glimpse into future possibilities for higher education. The presence of university students in the area also contributes to a dynamic, intellectual atmosphere.

At Keystone, education goes beyond the classroom. We follow a curriculum inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education, enriched with a project-based learning approach. This method not only adheres to the academic standards but also actively engages students in real-world problems, nurturing critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.

Language learning is a key component of our curriculum, with French being taught as a second language. Our upper-year students, in grades 11 and 12, benefit from unique opportunities such as university visits and interactions with university representatives right at our school, providing valuable insights into their future academic paths.

We also place a strong emphasis on guidance, offering regular meetings to ensure students are on the correct path towards university, taking the necessary courses and making informed decisions about their futures.

Beyond academics, Keystone School boasts a rich array of after-school clubs and activities, catering to a wide range of interests and talents. Whether it’s arts, sciences, sports, or technology, there’s something for everyone. These clubs not only provide a platform for students to explore their passions but also foster teamwork and leadership skills.

Community involvement is deeply ingrained in our school culture. Students regularly participate in community outreach programs, taking active roles in various initiatives. This not only helps them develop a sense of social responsibility but also offers practical experience in working collaboratively to make a positive impact in the community.

Join us at Keystone School, where we don’t just teach; we inspire and prepare our students to be well-rounded individuals, ready to excel in their future endeavors and contribute positively to society.
